Starting Point
When it opened in 1956, Kino Rex was the most modern cinema in Switzerland. The city bought up the antiquated picture house in 2004, and undertook a complete renovation in 2011.

Solution
The restored Kino Rex cinema now shines out with a fresh energy, using specially-printed panels on the Umbria base fabric. The designs on the panel curtains come from the designer Albin.
